A couple of years ago I went to Burning Man and got it into my head that I'd like to make an art car. I thought about various VW dune buggy based things I could build, and somehow I came up with the brilliant plan to put some sort of jet engine into a lightweight racing frame and create general mayhem on the playa.

I picked the an engine based on the Gluhareff design (burns liquid propane) and a Chenowth off-road racing frame. If things go as planned, it will be on the playa in 2002.
